The Pauline vacation home is a spacious bungalow located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Trassenheide. Built on a single level, the house offers approximately 90 m² of living space and combines modern comforts with a barrier-free floor plan, making it ideal for families or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

The house includes two free parking spaces directly on the property, as well as a sheltered patio with access to the garden area.
The patio is furnished and invites you to relax outdoors.

The house was built in 2009 and modernized in 2016.
It is in very good condition. Pets are not allowed.



Pauline Vacation Home:

The vacation home features a bright, spacious, single-story layout.
The open living area with a wood-burning stove forms the heart of the house. It’s a pleasant place to spend time in any season—in the summer with direct access to the patio, and in the winter with the cozy warmth of the fireplace.

The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and a large dining table.

Three separate bedrooms with solid wood furniture and double beds can accommodate up to 6 people and one baby (up to 2 years old).
Two modern bathrooms are available, one with a sauna and whirlpool, the other with a shower and toilet.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
