The Paula vacation home is a modern semi-detached house in a quiet residential neighborhood in Trassenheide, right next to the Paul vacation home.
With approximately 90 m² of living space spread over two floors, it offers the same high-quality comfort and is ideal for families or couples who value peace and quiet and a well-maintained environment.
The house includes two free parking spaces directly on the property as well as a sheltered patio with access to the garden area. Here, guests can relax undisturbed or enjoy a barbecue together.
The house was built in 2009 and modernized in 2016. Pets are not allowed in this property.
Paula Vacation Home:
The house is a mirror image of the neighboring property, Vacation Home Paul, and features a bright, modern living space.
The first floor features the living area with a wood-burning stove, a cozy sitting area, and direct access to the patio.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and a large dining table.
Three separate bedrooms with solid wood furniture and double beds can accommodate up to 6 people and one baby (up to 2 years old).
Two modern bathrooms, one of which has a sauna, ensure a high level of comfort.
Underfloor heating, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a TV are also available.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
