Architect's house in the Bau Rouge estate, between Le Pradet and Carqueiranne. Private access to the seaside in three minutes by stairs. Three independent bedrooms spaced out in the house, an additional child's bedroom. Two large terraces, one facing the sea for the evening and another shaded near the kitchen for lunch. Two parking spaces behind the house. The estate is secured by a code gate. The rocks at the water's edge are very quiet and not very crowded because access is very difficult if you don't live on the estate. The configuration of the terrace and the interior stairs makes the house dangerous for young children, ten years seems reasonable to me.
