About this villa rental
A charming two-story villa facing southwest; its garden with a barbecue area is a haven of peace, offering guaranteed tranquility—the sun, birds, and cicadas are all part of the scenery. Private parking for several cars. The villa is a pleasure to live in. If there are several couples staying, you’ll each have your own privacy.
On the first floor: two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom- 1 restroom - 1 spacious living/dining room - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a pantry -
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a sea view, its own bathroom, and a separate restroom. The property is fenced. Beautiful lawn area with lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a gas and wood-fired barbecue.
Carqueiranne is a charming Provençal village with a Thursday market, a small fishing port, local shops, sandy and rocky beaches—and even a naturist beach—where you can enjoy summer events. You can try introductory scuba diving sessions or set out to explore the islands of Porquerolles, Le Levant, and Port Cros—the “Golden Islands”—with their fine sandy beaches; you’ll enjoy the crossing while admiring the seabed. You can also head to the 5-kilometer-long Almanarre Beach, where you can try your hand at kitesurfing or bodyboarding. And explore all the beaches around Hyères—but by staying in Carqueiranne, you’ll avoid traffic jams, traffic lights, and paid parking.

maison très agréable avec une vue splendide et un jardin magnifique.Tout est conforme a la description de l'annonce(petite restriction au sujet du canapé lit peu confortable) Votre maison est a recommander pour un séjour au calme

We rented the property for 10 days (4 adults and a 10 months' old baby). The villa was situated well above Carqueiranne, and was spacious, very clean and functional with a well equipped kitchen and enjoyed a wonderful view. Plenty of space to sit either in the sun or the shade in the garden. The pool was a bonus.
The owner was very friendly and made sure we had a cot and a high chair for the baby. There are however some steps in the sitting room and no protection around the pool. So one had to be vigilant at all times, but that was not a problem for us.
If we had stayed in July, we would have probably welcomed some Air Conditioning.
We would certainly recommend this property and would love to return!

Vue magnifique, beau jardin paysagé ombragé, plusieurs espaces de détente, jeux pour enfants. Belle piscine face à la mer avec vue sur l'île de Porquerolles.
Villa propre, bien aménagée, chaque chambre à sa salle de bain. Magnifique cuisine. Bien aérée.
Quelques marches , pas toujours aisé avec un petit.
Repos garantit.
