About this apartment rental
Welcome to Les Pins Penchés!
A paradise for boules players and walkers, in the shade of the magnificent Aleppo pines, I welcome you to our little Provençal paradise, facing the sea, right on the water’s edge.
On the French Riviera, Carqueiranne is a renowned small seaside resort located between Toulon and Hyères, in the Gulf of Giens. You’ll be immersed in the Iles d’Or region, the Bandol wine country, the Collobrières chestnut region, the Massif des Maures, and the hilltop villages.
*** 25% discount through May 6 due to pool and outdoor renovations ***
The rental is a standalone three-bedroom apartment with ocean views, located on the first floor of a new house and equipped with all modern comforts. With its private terrace and outdoor furniture, you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings.
You’ll have direct access to a small beach right at the foot of the house, and you’ll be just a short walk from various beaches and the harbor (a 4-minute walk), as well as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, a bakery, and a convenience store.
The accommodation includes a large living room with a sofa and dining table, an open kitchen with a central island, an utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine, a family bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds measuring 140 cm and 2 beds measuring 90 cm), a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and double sinks, a separate toilet, and a master bedroom (160 cm bed) with a shower and separate toilet.
The housekeeping package includes bed linens and towels, as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner, so you don’t have to pack so much.
The interior is non-smoking, and special attention is given to COVID-19 cleaning protocols (included in the housekeeping package).
A parking space is reserved for you on the property, but street parking is also free year-round.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
We offer an optional beach package for rent, including beach toys for children, pétanque balls, beach chairs, a 3-person inflatable kayak, 1 men’s paddleboard, and 1 women’s paddleboard for 250€ per week so you can make the most of all the fun the sea has to offer.
Please note:
- Access to the apartment from the street is via an outdoor staircase (therefore not wheelchair accessible)
- Since the house is new, the exterior is still under construction; please don’t be surprised (your living space is, of course, complete).

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. About three minutes walk to the beach and sitting on the local park five minutes walk to restaurants, marina, and shops. The apartment was spacious and clean. Plenty of supplies, beach, chairs, towels, even shampoo. I will definitely be coming back next summer.❤️
