This lovely, recently renovated 220-square-meter family home has retained a vintage 1960s feel on the upper floor with its terrazzo floors and rounded features, while offering modern comforts.
On the first floor, the living area has been redesigned in a southern Mediterranean style featuring natural, warm tones. The interior flows seamlessly into the outdoors—it feels absolutely wonderful! The fenced-in pool is just a few steps from the house, right next to the sun deck.
The villa is set in a 1,500 m² Mediterranean garden.

The house is located in the town of Carqueiranne, between Hyères and Toulon, on a private estate called La Californie. Access is by car only. Entrance via a gate.
15 minutes from the Toulon/Hyères airport and the Hyères TGV station, and 30 minutes from Toulon.
Shops are less than a 10-minute drive away.
