About this villa rental
Located in the private domain of the Californie varoise in Carqueiranne, this superb villa, facing south-west, offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Completely redesigned and renovated in 2024, it is located on 1700 m² of fully fenced land, on the edge of a wooded area which offers a quiet and privileged environment.
Located near the shops (5 minutes by car from the city center), the Almanarre beach (7 minutes by car) and the airport/train station (10 minutes/15 minutes), the villa offers luxury services (reversible ducted air conditioning by heat pump in all rooms, quality materials, etc...).
With a surface area of 220 m² on two levels, it can accommodate up to 10 people; it has five bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, Each bedroom (new bedding) has its own bathroom/shower and dressing room and 4 of them have a magnificent sea view.
On the first floor:
• The large living room (with fireplace) and the fully equipped custom-made American kitchen, extended by the 120m² terrace and the swimming pool, are bathed in light thanks to large bay windows opening onto the sea and the surrounding nature.
• An en-suite bedroom (160 double bed) with its own bathroom gives direct access to the terrace.
• A toilet with washbasin, a pantry and a large laundry room complete this level.
Upstairs, four bedrooms:
• a large master suite (bed 160) with its private bathroom (shower, bath, toilet) and its private terrace (tropézienne).
• 1 bedroom (bed 160) with its private bathroom and toilet;
• 2 bedrooms (160 bed that can be separated for children) each with a small bathroom.
• 1 separate toilet.
The villa benefits from high-speed internet access (fiber), Wifi in all rooms, a video projector in the living room and hi-fi sound equipment.
Outside: large living space
• large 10X4 swimming pool (pool alarm to standards) heated (mid-April, May, June, September, October) and its exotic wood beach.
• Garden furniture (table, garden furniture, parasols, etc.)
• Sunbeds
• Outdoor table tennis table under the terrace
• Weber gas barbecue
• Pergola
• The villa offers the possibility to park up to three vehicles within the grounds of the property.
The price includes end-of-stay cleaning and household linen (except pool and beach towels). Tourist tax in addition (4.45€/pers/day approximately).
Rentals are weekly during the July/August periods (Sunday to Sunday).
Deposit (3000€) no debit is made. Credit card imprint by the site

Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The amenities and the location were perfect for our family and located conveniently for all of our activities. Communication with the host was incredible and friendly, and everything exceeded our expectations. This spot is perfect for families with lots to see and so in the area, and the villa was clean and well equipped. If we are ever fortunate enough to be back in the area we would most certainly stay here again. Merci!

We have just spent an idyllic week at this property and have fallen in love with the Côte d’Azur and the house.It is modern, clean, luxurious and very well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We were greeted by a great lady who showed us everything and had prompt, friendly and very helpful contact with her and the property owner if we needed anything.The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area are all of a very high spec and there is a well supplied laundry room and lots of storage and fridge-freezer space.The pool is very clean and there is an array of loungers, seating and a shaded dining area.The property is very secure with a coded gate and intercom system and the pool had an alarm should you be travelling with small children / non swimmers.The surrounding area and beaches are lovely and the Saturday market in Hyères is well worth a visit The view is spectacular the neighbourhood is quiet so we had a very relaxing week and would highly recommend this property and give it five stars!

The villa, renovated recently, is wonderful! It is fully equipped and with a breathless view of the gulf. It is very well located on top of the hill, dominating the bay of Hyères. From the villa, you can easily reach the beautiful Porquerolles, Toulon and Le Lavandue. We enjoyed our stay a lot: from the pool you can see the sea and you can have amazing dinner with the barbecue. This house and the kindness of the owner exceeded our expectations.
