About this villa rental
Everything is planned for a very pleasant stay!
The property is located at the exit of the village of Bormes, old vineyards of the Verrerie district, you will be 5 minutes by car from the shops, the "pine" district: the morning bread, the little newspaper, the market, doctor, etc. and even a starred restaurant or the tennis club.
The villa is located 300 m from the large cycle path; bicycles and a children's cart are waiting for you at home. You will be within cycling distance or a few minutes by car from the creeks of Saint Clair, Aiguebelle, La Fossette and 10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of the Var (Estagnol, Brégançon, Léoube).
The 250 m2 of covered or uncovered terrace await you in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool secured by Beethoven barriers.
A playground in the small forest offers a swing and a trampoline for children, all under the eye of parents who will find the bowling alley and the necessary petanque balls.

We have stayed in Brigittes house with our family with kids. The house has a big garden and a very big pool. It was very clean and offers a high comfort. We have enjoyed out holiday.

Un coup de coeur sur les photos postées sur ABRITEL et un séjour idyllique qui a ravi tous les vacanciers. Les propriétaires sont adorables, prévenants (sur des détails du quotidien et nos demandes plus personnelles), ce qui nous a permis de passer un séjour encore plus agréable, on s'y sent chez soi. Un grand merci pour cela et nous avoir fait confiance. Nous relouerons volontiers votre superbe villa.

Première année de location pour cette spacieuse maison familiale, très bien équipée et climatisée.
Quatre atouts majeurs :
La belle piscine ensoleillée tout au long de la journée,
La cuisine d'été jouxtant la piscine ou nous avons pris tous nos repas,
Le grands jardin permettant aux enfants jeux de ballon et activités sportives, sans oublier la petite foret qui abrite un boulodrome, un trampoline et une table de ping-pong,
Et enfin, les belles plages de la région, pas trop éloignées de la maison.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location !
