Perched on the hills of Carqueiranne with beautiful sea views, Villa Laéween is ideally located just 5 minutes from the town centre and its shops, and only 7 minutes from the beaches (3 km).
Offering approximately 160 m² of fully air-conditioned living space, the villa is spread over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
The property features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two en-suite bedrooms are located on the main level, while the three remaining bedrooms open onto the garden and pool area, one of which also benefits from its own private shower room.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 4:30 PM. However, if the villa is ready earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you sooner. Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Security Deposit
A €2,000 security deposit is required two days before arrival via a secure pre-authorisation on your bank card (no funds will be debited unless necessary).
Respect for the Neighbourhood
To preserve the peaceful environment of the area, parties, weddings, events and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon prior approval only.
Pets are strictly prohibited from sleeping on beds or sofas. Guests are required to remove all pet waste and ensure that pet hair is cleaned from inside the villa, terraces, garden and outdoor areas before departure.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in a deduction from the security deposit to cover any additional cleaning costs incurred.
