You will stay in a real Bastide and its recently renovated outbuilding in the heart of a magnificent Mediterranean garden of 3000 m2

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES OF THE BASTIDE
The bastide offers 4 bedrooms (air-conditioned) and 3 bathrooms a large living room opening onto a south-west facing terrace, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, classic oven and steam oven, microwave, double refrigerators) part of which overlooks the garden through large bay windows.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a terrace with table for 8 people, a large cantilever parasol for lunches under the beautiful Mediterranean sun.
The "Jungle" room: located upstairs, it has a comfortable 160 cm bed with the possibility of separating it into 2 beds of 80 cm. A private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, ceiling fan. The bedroom opens onto a south-west facing terrace, to have breakfast on the wrought iron table. Hairdryer available. Air conditioning
The "Phoenix" bedroom: located upstairs, it has a very comfortable 160 cm bed with the possibility of separating it into 2 beds of 80 cm. Private bathroom with bathtub and toilet, ceiling fan. Hairdryer available. Air conditioning
The "guest" bedroom: also located upstairs, it has a 160 cm bed with the possibility of separating it into 2 beds of 80 cm, fan on legs. Toilet in the corridor. Air conditioning
A 4th bedroom with bathroom with shower and toilet, is on the first floor of the Bastide. ( single or double convertible bed ). Air conditioning.

The Bastide is surrounded by a magnificent Mediterranean garden of 3000 m2. You will benefit from a large terrace with an unobstructed view of lush vegetation: cork oaks, palm trees, strawberry trees, yuccas....
Tranquility assured to enjoy the sun or lunch under the large pergola in the garden. A plancha to cook excellent grills is at your disposal. Deckchairs, double hammock, summer lounge will welcome you for naps, reading or moments of relaxation.
An entrance through an automatic gate and private parking (1 to 4 cars) will allow you to have easy and secure access.
Possibility to rinse and store your sports equipment.
Possibility to rent electric bikes with a local partner.
Additional cleaning service can be offered in option
The house is exclusively non-smoking, pets are not allowed.
An outbuilding adjoining but not overlooked to the house is also rented separately during the summer season. You only share the parking lot
