We are renting out our villa to a couple
(with children) looking for peace and quiet and proximity to the sea. The perfect location for an unforgettable vacation!
The house is quiet, fully air-conditioned, and enjoys excellent southern exposure, set on 600 m² of land surrounded by greenery, with a 7 x 4 pool. You’ll enjoy a glimpse of the sea, allowing you to check the sea conditions in the morning so you can rush out to it…

Contemporary finishes and decor (much of the interior has been renovated)
It is located in the hills above Carqueiranne (a mecca for windsurfing and kitesurfing) at
1.5 km from Carqueiranne Beach and 5 km from the beaches of Almanarre.
No traffic issues getting to the beaches or the city centers of Hyères or Carqueiranne.
35% deposit required at the time of booking. Balance due one month before check-in. On the day of your arrival, a security deposit of 1,000 euros will be required.

Open-concept living/dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen
Refrigerator/small freezer (additional refrigerator/freezer in the garden shed), induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle… As well as basic ingredients. We provide all our household essentials.
A 10-square-meter bedroom, a shower, and a separate toilet. Finally, one 90x190 single bed in a small room.
The living room and lounge open onto a large south-facing terrace with the garden and pool.
A leather Roche Bobois sofa and a second XXL fabric sofa, coffee table, large-screen TV with an ORANGE internet box, Canal Sat+ HD Wi-Fi, and BeIN Sport via satellite, as well as internet and Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Wooden table and chairs for 6 people.

A first bedroom measuring 15 m² (160×200 bed), very spacious with plenty of storage.
A French door leading to a balcony overlooking the pool and offering a glimpse of the sea.

Outside, a fenced-in, tastefully maintained garden surrounds the villa.

A small cat is in the garden but never comes inside the house.
The pool measures 7m x 4m and has a recreational depth ranging from 1.3m to 1.80m. It is equipped with an over-the-edge system all around. A standard-compliant alarm system is in place (but is not a substitute for supervision).
By car, expect no traffic jams or traffic lights on the way to the beaches of Carqueiranne or L’Almanarre.
