Very good general condition and cleanliness. Newly equipped kitchen which opens onto a large terrace for meals in the shade of the pine trees. Another large patio terrace with summer lounge. Swimming pool 8.40m x 4.50m with deckchairs, pool games, outdoor shower. Fish pond, numerous places and terrace to rest, listen to the cicales and the sea.
Traveler access
Private entrance at the bottom of the villa which forms a large, completely autonomous apartment with 3 large outdoor terraces, one equipped with a beautiful round teak table for meals, the other covered serving as an outside reading room, corner aperative or launch room. Access to the entire park. The swimming pool is for you only between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. 2 private parking spaces. Possibility of storing boats/paddles/canoes at the top of the park close to the sea, storing hiking equipment or drying wetsuits.
Access to WIFI and 250 TV channels.
