Villa la Croix du Sud, a little corner of paradise by the sea: its swimming pool, its landscaped garden, its view and direct access to the sea, with a secluded beach and a snorkelling spot at the end of the garden, and by the customs path, 150m away, the nautical club and the Garonne beach.
You will enjoy the view and the magnificent sunsets over the sea and the bay of Toulon at the whim of the sea. of your naps, aperitifs or meals in the garden and various terraces as well as walks in Hyeres and Gien.
The accommodation
The villa La Croix du Sud, built in the 50s and recently renovated, will charm you with its extraordinary personality, its extraordinary view of the bay, its calm and its magnificent garden with direct access to the sea.
Relaxing holidays in the quiet of the house and its garden (swimming pool, bowling green, terraces above the sea) or sports activities with the sea at the end of the garden, for swimming, paddleboarding or diving (preserved underwater park full of fish), hiking trails along the coast or towards the Baou Rouge in the immediate vicinity, the nautical or scuba diving club, tennis courts and equestrian club, as well as the Valgarde golf course.
Our paddles are at your disposal to enjoy the sea. We particularly recommend scuba diving in front of the house (masks and snorkels available).
For your meals, opt either for the shade of the large pine tree, or the terrace overlooking the garden and the sea at the level of the living room. You can also enjoy the swimming pool or sea bathing at the end of the garden, then take a nap in the shade of the pine trees, lulled by the sound of the cicadas and the waves, in the evening the aperitif facing the sunset over the bay. Or choose to enjoy the beauties of the region: excursions to Porquerolles, Port-cros, the Gien peninsula, Hyères, the Var hinterland and its magical coast... PGJyPg
The town centre of Le Pradet, 5 minutes away by car, offers its market, its shops, its village square with cafés and terraces. A 2-minute walk from the house, a small supermarket, a bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, ice cream parlour and 3 restaurants ensure all the necessities of daily life.
