About this apartment rental
Apartment facing Lake Como with a balcony with a wonderful view, located in the heart of Borgo di Bellagio.
The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
The entrance opens into the living area which consists of a sofa, TV, and dining table. The open kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle, juicer and toaster. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet, and dresser. The living room and bedroom have access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake.
A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout.
At guests' disposal, amenities include a washing machine, iron, free wi-fi, and heating for colder days.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The property could not be better located. We loved the property. Shower is a bit tight but who cares. Great place to stay.

This apartment was in an awesome location with a spectacular view of the lake. The place was clean with a ton of storage space, but pretty sparsely appointed. We had some difficulty gaining access, as the wonderful italy management process required a contract and tourism tax be paid prior to arrival. Communcation was through WhatsApp and I have better, more prompt response with other properties. Bellagio is a beautiful town but also very busy with tourists. In hindsight, staying at one of the other villages: Veranna, Menaggio or Lenno and then taking a ferry to visit Bellagio could have worked better for us.

The apartment location was terrific with an amazing lake view. There was an ant infestation throughout the place and was told it is common and to spray it ourselves, which was disappointing. We shouldn’t have to be exterminators while on vacation. Host was not that responsive. Location was definitely the best part.

Inside the room was very clean except the living room coach was very stained. The balcony is barely one chair wide sitting sidewise. The kitchen only has two water glasses. The coffee maker only takes espresso pods which there was only three, for our stay. The location was great. Communication with Wonderful was very frustrating . With a couple of days before they sent a link to a website for checkin that wanted what I consider too much personal information. So i called the listed phone number . The agent that answered instructed me to a email picture of our passport. Which I did. No response for the email. After that i called a dozen times but the phone hung up on me every time. The day before I tried WhatsApp text which i got a response . They wanted another copy of passport which we sent. The day of travel we finally got information about location and enter code. At property the access the wifi didn't work. After several texts and days they fixed it on the last night of our stay. None of the texts to WhatsApp was answered timely. Also i tried to reach out to VRBO and was very disappointed in the lack of communication with VRBO.
