Burford on the Hill

Property was very clean, amenities provided was very good and have personal touches like the snacks, jug of milk in the fridge, shower gel etc which we really appreciated. I booked this property back in May with breakfast included for 2 adults and a 16 yr old daughter. The communication was good and detailed, it also included a message as to when breakfast starts at the cafe next door. Although when we came down the first morning we were informed the booking did not include breakfast which really confused us but the management rectified this straight away and included our breakfast anyway. We did offer to pay for our breakfast but they refused and honored the initial booking.

The ease of booking, the helpfulness of the management team, the warm welcome and the location was perfect.

Apartamento muy bonito y luminoso, bien equipado y con habitaciones muy espaciosas, perfecto para 4 personas. Está situado en plena High Street de Burford y hay posibilidad de aparcar de forma gratuita en la acera del hotel. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Las estancias se recalientan mucho cuando hace sol fuera pudiendo llegar a agobiar. El apartamento podría estar más limpio, la moqueta acumula mucho polvo.

As we had 2 days only and did not arrive till late. We had to move alarge rug to open the door.
