The house was great and all spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality kitchenware which makes it a pleasure to cook in the house- unusual for a rental property.
We had an issue with the dining chairs being unsteady and coming apart but this was resolved pretty quickly. The hosting company and the owner seemed genuinely keen to sort this out for us which was much appreciated.
As per previous reviews the plumbing is very noisy but not in a way that would spoil your stay.

Good quiet location, close to local amenities.
Spacious and clean.
Comfortable stay.
Cot and high chair provided as requested.
The floor boards upstairs were very creaky.
Hot water pressure downstairs was non-existent.
Hot water upstairs triggered a pump that was quite noisy whenever taps were turned on.
