Perfect for our festive get together.

It is a very comfy, pretty cottage. With tasteful fittings. The owners had decorated it beautifully for Christmas too, which we appreciated. It was perfect for three couples staying.

It should be noted that ‘wood provided’ is a ‘starter pack’ of 4 logs and some fire lighters. Wood is available from the Co-op. Had we known we would have brought some with us. Also, if you are mobile impaired in any way, the steep narrow stairs would be a problem. But they are part of the charm of the cottage too.

Disappointing accom

Good location. Included car parking. Some washing tabs and coffee pods provided and milk.

We tried to enquire with the agents re firewood. Fireplace advertised. Multiple attempts. Zero response. Couches were also stained and dirty. Beds were uncomfortable.

Superb property in fantastic location

The cottage is in a fantastic location and is exactly what you expect in a quaint old cottage. the rooms are beautiful decorated and everything was of a high standard. All the little touches made it so nice and easy. All the bits and bobs were provided ie t towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and there was even a bottle of milk and cake awaiting on arrival. The Hosts have thought of everything.

Not so much didnt't like, but travellers should be aware of. No wood for the log burner. Perhaps let people know before hand. The parking wasn't an issue as a permit is provided, but there were no spaces on the car park to use this and no spaces on the street outside the property. However the premier inn car park is massive and has pay as you go parking or as we did ask at the premier inn . This car park is literally a 2 min walk across the road so no hassle. This is by no means an issue, just something for travellers to be aware of.

Wouldn’t recommend for older people and quite dangerous for young children.

Good location

The bedding was old, all mattresses were very old and dirty, fortunately we bought our own sheets as the quality of the linen and towels was disappointing. The tvs barely worked, the upstairs tv in the roof didn’t work. The couches needed a good scrub, they were filthy. Cottage smelt so we had windows open all the time.

Fab cottage in a great location

The location is perfect, cottage itself is very well equipped and comfortable for all of us! You'd never realise how big it is from the outside with a large kitchen diner plus perfectly formed living room and 3 good size bedrooms upstairs

Shower isn't as strong as it could be but thats really trying to find something - its a great place!

Decoration is a little tired in places I appreciate it’s an old cottage but the kitchen tap was wobbly I did report it using the text system but I received a reply saying they were overwhelmed with enquiries and the conversation would end.

Stunning cottage writhing walking distance of the town centre

Beautifully presented and superb location. The decor is very much in keeping with the property and makes for a very attractive little cottage.

The top bedroom is a wired mattress and not particularly comfortable so could do with an upgrade as you can feel the wires moving under you when rolling on the bed.

Lovely place, highly recommended

Lovely cottage and great location. 6 of us (2 adults 4 young kids) and it had everything we needed, evenings by the cosy log burner were fantastic!

Terrible and sleep less nights never ever again

the sofas are actually disgusting dirty and stained part of the front carpet missing holes cut in the dirt under the stairs the stairs are disgusting filthy all the tea cups dirty and cutlery too all the bed mattresses all so old that we could felt the springs in them and could not sleep at all the smoke alarm beeps all day and night there is salt and pepper there to use but nothing in them completely empty !!!!

Typical quirky Cotswold property, well placed in the town centre and quiet in the evening

Nothing really to complain about, we went as a couple but it does sleep 6 which might be a little cramped, that said it is a quaint little cottage so expect low ceilings and doorways.

A truly exceptional cottage. Very cute, comfy and cosy with easy access to all lovely eating places, shops and walking. Very quiet at night and free parking very nearby.

A wonderfully peaceful and quaint little cottage break nestled in the sweet town of Chipping Norton.

The cottage was beautifully set out and tidy. Everything we could possibly need was there for us and ready to be used. Milk in the fridge, coffee in the pot, laundry pods in the jar. It was perfect. You walk out the front door and the rolling hills are right there, ready to be walked. Or better yet, a pub on every corner. Such a great place to take a break with the family.

Not anyones fault because it’s just the way the building was built but I kept hitting my head on door frames and the stairs. Didn’t upset me or make me hate the place, just annoying I kept doing it. Again, nobody’s fault but my own.
