quiet location , seemed to be a few cottages on site for rental so as a friends/family set up it would be great. only a few ins to the nearest town, which has everything you would want.
For myself, I think the only couple of downsides where, no shelving/hooks in the shower area which are always a help, also as the basin tap is not a mixer, the hot water comes out very hot so need some signage to warn guests.

Great location and very well presented barn conversion.
The weather was hot so the upstairs bedroom was very stuffy but we managed!
