El piso es muy acogedor, tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan después de un largo día de turismo. Destaco la cama, muy confortable.
No me gustó que tiene un calentador eléctrico para la ducha en la que solo da tiempo de ducharse con agua caliente una persona. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que al no tener persianas las ventanas, entra mucha luz a la hora de dormir y al amanecer.

El departamento nuevo, estupendo, con muy buenas instalaciones
La zona. Si bien está en una zona residencial bonita, para ir hay que caminar cerca de vías del tren y tanto de día como de noche no es lindo el ambiente. Además, 15 minutos de Pigneto se hacen largos cuando la zona no es linda
