My stay was good in a very well maintained apartment. Great experience indeed! I felt Home!

May need to have the Number of the Apartment visible from Outside. I spent some time trying to locate it but Jamila was very helpful.

Great location in Pigneto, needs more care to detail

This apartment has great potential. It is located in a very picturesque neighborhood Pigneto that has multiple means of transport to and from the city center of Rome and to most sights. The apartment itself has enough space to accommodate 3 pax or a family 2+2. The disappointing part is that it is not well maintained. The bed in the bedroom is totally broken - both bed and mattress. Not really clean and taken care of. Also in the kitchen there are facilities to prepare own food - stove, fridge, but not even one plate. Or at least we did not find any. The 100% positive was the attitude of our host Jamila - she met us on the spot, explained everything necessary and gave us the positive feeling of friendliness and hospitality.

Don’t book if the wi-fi is necessary for your stay Overall not recommended

The Wi-Fi offered is Misleading. We arrived and the wifi was not working. We notified Mama-Roma and was told there is an issue with Vodafone. We called Vodafone and there was no issue. Later on we were told that they had recharged the account. The Wi-Fi then worked for a few hours but needed to be recharged again which the host did not do so the offer of free wifi is not true. The second bed in the lounge is a bit of a hazard to children as it has sharp edges which could cause harm. There was no blankets provided either only a sheet to cover the beds.

Good for 2 people that would not sleep on the living room's sofa.

Close to the metro. However transfer to Metro A takes some time - remember!

We waited almost 3h for the host, because he mistaken us with guests that were coming next week. Lack of a kettle. Very uncomfortable sofa (bed in the bedroom was ok). Very noisy!!! Flat was located close to the entrance and a lift, so each night I could hear anyone coming in or out.

Nice apartment

The apartment was very nicely decorated. It was clean and it had all the necessary amenities, like towels, hairdryer, kitchen essentials, microwave and even an iron & ironing board. The bed was big and comfortable and the sofa bed so easy to make. It was warm and cosy. The location was also good, only 2-3 mins walk to Pigneto station and a short train ride to the centre. There is a supermarket next to the station as well. The host was very responsive to our messages.

Bueno si no te quieres gastar muchísimo para alojarte en Roma

Hay un supermercado muy cerca. Al otro lado del puente metálico hay una zona de bares muy chula para cenar o tomar algo. Hay una parada de metro cerca

Al WC le faltaba la tapa y la de debajo estaba rota. Cama cómoda pero el sofá horrible. El metro está cerca pero tuvimos mala suerte y cerró 2 días por obras. Ojo que están ampliando la linea y puede ser algo frecuente. No hay microondas y la cafetera solo vale para 1 café pequeño.

Kontakt z gospodarzem był bardzo dobry – szybki, pomocny i bezproblemowy. Sama lokalizacja również na plus, spokojna okolica z dobrym dostępem do komunikacji.

Zdjęcia zamieszczone w ofercie niestety nie do końca oddają aktualny stan obiektu. Przydałoby się odnowienie – część wyposażenia jest już dość zużyta.

Très bien.

Très bien placé à côté de la station de métro Pigneto qui permet d'être à 15-20 min du centre. Loueuse très réactive et disponible via WhatsApp. Accueil pour remise des clés par la femme de ménage très gentille (utilisation de Google Traduction sans soucis). Logement opérationnel correspondant au descriptif, bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait qu'il y ait quelques produits difficiles à emmener en avion (liquide vaisselle, sacs poubelle, papier toilette en plus, gel douche/shampoing, café, sucre, huile..). Accueil avec des œufs de Pâques à l'occasion de ce week-end particulier (merci !) Nous avions lu que le bruit des trains était pénible...Nous en avons entendu seulement quelques uns et cela ne nous a pas du tout gêné ( sachant que mon mari est sensible aux bruits..)

Nous avons remis en place des lattes du grand lit car il était très mou. Le sol n'était pas très propre..

Le lit canapé ne convient qu'à des enfants si plusieurs nuits. L'appartement au RDC subit les nuisances sonores mais l'immeuble est calme.
