Nice big flat for three persons. Far from center town but metro at walking distance 10’. Nice residential area but close to nothing around in the evening.
Cleaning should be improved (too much dust). Some renovation of the old furniture will improve the stay. Shampoo and other cleaning tools should be provided for the duration of the stay not in a quantity of few days. No cover sheets on the bed.

This property could invest in providing a microwave. My family stayed at this property for 30 days and it would have been ideal to have a microwave readily accessible.

Ruhige Lage in einem Wohnblock mit Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof
Ein Problem mit der Verwaltung: Sehr schmutzig, sie nehmen sogar 100€ für die EndReinigung, aber es sah nicht gepflegt aus. Besonders Bad und Küche. Die Schränke kleben, teilweise Schimmel, das Geschirr ist nicht sauber. Es gibt auch keinen Spülschwamm oder Geschirrtuch. Ich habe das sofort bemängelt aber keine Reaktion erhalten
