Homely accommodation. Very friendly host with lovely dog. Location was a 5 minute walk from the bus and trainstop.
We had a broken fridge on day one. The owner supplied us with a chili bin with ice packs. The fridge was not fixed or replaced during our stay. We also had hot water problems - in the middle of a 5 minute shower the water would turn cold. Once kitchen hot water tap was turned on, the shower water would get warm again.

A nice small house with everything that you will need during your staying.
The trams and buses didn't always come on time so it was complected to calculate with time to get into the city center

Flat is nice and the area around is a nice residential part of Rome.
Wifi signal is not strong and consistent in the whole flat so no ideal for remote working. Could hear everything from flat above, very bad insulation.

Andrea is a nice host,he gave us all the information we needed for our stay.The place was very clean and the area is really quiet. You have just 8 minutes walk to the metro station,also supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The walls are very thin and you can hear all the noise coming from the apartment above you.
