Had a pleasant stay with my family at Troika Residence. The room was neat, and the residence was spacious and clean. The two extra mattresses provided were very helpful and made our stay more comfortable.
A few areas that may need attention are the bathroom cleanliness and facilities. The bathroom floor was quite oily, as if it had not been cleaned properly, and the walls also needed more thorough cleaning. The water flow from the bathroom and sink was slow and would be appreciated if it could be repaired.

The cleanliness and comfortable of the room.
My first suggestion, should put tagging of qiblat direction for Muslim customers to perform prayer.
My second suggestion, maybe provide 1-2 bottles of mineral water for the customer.
My third suggestion, give free access of Netflix for customer.

The house is very comfortable, nice and clean! . I will recommend this place to my colleagues if they need to come here for work or any leisure activities! the owner also friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you for great service and great place!

The location is excellent, with plenty of attractions and dining options nearby.
Below are some areas for improvement:
1. The air conditioner in the living room isn’t cooling properly.
2. Soap and shampoo were not provided in the washroom.
3. Water tends to clog under the wash basin in the washroom.
4. More active communication with the host.
