Location is great with wonderful view of the kelantan river and surroundings. The apartments is clean and very quiet. The guard of the apartment is helpful. Car park is available and clearly labelled. Good price. TV has good choices of network
There is no hot water for the bathroom shower. The rooms are small with not much room to turn around. The fridge was leaking with melted ice water on the floor when we arrived, we had to clean the kitchen floor and the fridge on our arrival. the sink in the shower room is leaking. Any message to the owner about the problems was ignored. only 4 chairs available with a small dining table.
