One Bedroom Troika Kota Bharu @ AGhome (Commoneo Theme)

The host and management company are absolutely fantastic. They were very responsive when we had an issue with the hairdryer breaking they gave us a new hairdryer within half an hour. We even left something at the property by accident and they went and found it and posted it for us. Aside from the Excellence of the staff at the accommodation the room itself was lovely. It was very clean and well decorated and well equipped general facilities at the hotel are really nice including the pool in the gym. It was close to USM which we needed. We had a really nice stay at Troika for 4 weeks and would recommend to anyone staying in Kelantan this is the best choice and company to book with.

Très propre conforme au photo la réception c’est faite très rapidement et simplement

We switched to a 2 bedroom unit (Unit No. 22-12), though not reflected on booking . com. What we liked was the location of the property, it was reasonably clean & AG Homes were responsive to our requests.

We switched to a 2 bedroom unit (Unit No. 22-12), though not reflected on booking . com. What we didn’t like about the property were the inconveniences such as, the air-cond unit in the main bedroom was not cool, the coway filter’s last service was stated as ‘Jan 21’., initial issues with Netflix connection ~ after it was fixed, the batteries for the Netflix remote control ran out, dish washing liquid, dry hand cloth & extra bin liners were provided after we requested. While AG Home was swift in addressing the deficiencies (except for the aircond unit which, understandably could not be serviced whilst we were there), our user experience & satisfaction were already adversely affected. Nevertheless, we appreciate AG Home’s quick responses. Hope they will ensure the unit is improved soonest possible & we have provided photos of the ceiling & wall panelling that require their attention for repair
