Good responsive communication..fast respond to resolve inconvenience occurs
Only have 1 bathroom for 2 bedroom quite not good.Long que to use.
Lift elevetor to slow 1 lift broken..waiting so long..
Parking Card reader to in out not responsive to detect take time to open panel.

a) The unit location was ideal. All necessities was within walking vicinity.
b) Check-in early is possible subject to availability.
c) Common areas of the unit were overall clean.
a) Key collection instructions were off Booking.com platform which made communications complicated.
b) The toilet cleanliness was below par.
c) Wall leaks were visible during heavy rainy days.

Location, clear instructions on key acquirement, Netflix, clean water dispenser for hot and cold water.
Home improvements - ironing board needs replacement, more hooks / cloth hanging rack in the bedrooms and bathroom, bathroom and toilet needs to be maintained.

Locatie en uitzicht vanuit het appartement op Kota Bharu. Leuk appartement in een woontoren met de McDonalds en supermarkten/mall in de directe omgeving.
De bank was helemaal doorgezakt en kapot. Douche zat vol met schimmel en is slecht geventileerd. Douchedeuren vertoonden ook rottende plekken aan de onderzijde.
