The check-in process was smooth and the overall service was top-notch. The location also strategic in the center of Kota Bahru. Admin was responsive and helpful.
I would like to highlight one important area for improvement — cleanliness, particularly in the toilet. Upon entering the bathroom, there was a noticeable smell and some stains were visible on the floor (hair). It would greatly enhance the guest experience if the housekeeping team could pay more attention to deep cleaning the bathroom area before check-in.
With some improvements in cleanliness, especially in the toilets, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better overall experience.
