The amazing view.
The 33 floor / sky view.
The cozy apartment.
The hospitality by the owner.
The calmness.
The parking.
The coffee shop downstairs.
The cozy lobby but a bit humid.
The presentation of the room and hall upon checked-in.
The water dispenser machine.
The electrical appliances was sufficient.
The fast respond on enquiries.
The comfortableness.
The cleanliness.
No washing machine.
Perhaps to add on another mattress.
The lifts sometimes have to wait a bit longer especially during peak time / meal time etc.

The place itself really nice and the location in the middle of kota bharu town 👍🏻

Great location which is near to KB town. There’s Starbucks and mcd in the Ground floor which is convenient.
There’s cockroach in the room once we stepped in the unit. Everywhere is cockroach (both died and alive) which made us super uncomfortable.
