Perfect location in the centre of Kota Bharu and many shops downstairs. It’s easy to get into building area and the instructions given are quite location. It is nearby Pasar Siti Khadijah, Bazar Tok Guru, KB Mall and many other places.
Not about the property but about the parking at the basement. The steel cover at the floor near exit gate made a loud noise as if the car hit something when passing through. I was alarmed during the first time but got used to it.

Location is within walking distance to food and shopping. Covered car park with convenient shops downstairs. Good security and in general, good maintained.
There were 3 lifts servicing the entire building, of which at times, long waiting time as lifts were fully occupied.

Strategic location, comfy condo, good facilities, worth the price and meet expectations.
recommend fixing bathroom locks for the master bedroom to prevent people from getting locked in the bathroom
