    The residence is located strategically at centre of KB. Most of the food stalls/other facilities such as banks, stadium and fuel stations are very near which is walking distance away. The rooms is spacious and very clean. And it even has a washing machine which is very convenient where we don't have to go to the laundry. Other amenities and facilities such as indoor gym and swimming pool is available. Parking also provided. Overall it's good value for money and overall I'm satisfied.
