Staybridge Suites & Apartments Malaga by IHG

Clean spacious and very large. A nice area to stay. 10/15 min flat walk to the centre. Parking underneath hotel in secured car park (additional cost)

WiFi wasn’t working the first day. But was the second day. Staff all very friendly, helpful and very professional

Cordialità dello staff molto disponibile e gentile.

Isto me pareceu um pouco inconveniente.

Breakfast is simple but good enough given price /quality. Staff is hard working, friendly and efficient and actually the best part of the positive staff experience. The hotel is new. Rooms are well equipped with coffee and tea facilities but already showing wear and tear with mold in the bathroom.

We went to this hotel as it is not located in the city centre (20 min walk) and thus expected a quiet place to sleep. We requested 3 months in advance for a quiet room through booking.com and they gave us a room on the second floor (223). As the first floor has a washing room and other general spaces that are, apparently, 24/7 in use we had four nights with loud noises around 4 am in the morning. Very dissapointing. Secondly two staff at the front desk had other clients waiting for 30 min before they could check in as they first wanted to complete several other tasks on their desktops before helping them out. This is not client friendly.
