Great modern suite close to city center

The hotel is very new, the suite is big, beautiful and very well equipped wit nice furniture, good kitchen, comfortable beds, smart TV, safe and a bathtub as my main points. The room really has almost averting that you could need. Also, the hygiene products are of good quality. Honestly, I think it was the best room I have ever had (and I travel frequently but not with a thick wallet) in terms of suitability for a family with a child, convenience, esthetics, being clean and tidy and value for money. The hotel itself is situated outside of the city center but still within a walking distance. There is a small park right next to the building and a big modern supermarket. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights in this hotel.

There are just 2 things to mention here: 1. The breakfast area is very small for the number of people which making the whole experience very clumsy, tight and not very pleasant in terms of getting food and finding a table. A lot of people who were coming towards the end of breakfast time had to queue to get a table, so the advice is to come earlier rather than later. The breakfast itself is ok, a standard hotel breakfast,, nothing very special to mention. Would be great to have a bit more of local character in the food offer. 2. The toilet seat was wobbly which is something that amazes me in many hotels as this is the thing that cleaning personal notices 100% every single time when they clean the room but they do not report it to be fixed. Also, for such a well equipped room not to have a toilet brush and an air freshener is an oversight that makes it inconvenient when there are several people sharing a bathroom.

Nice new hotel, however with room for improvement

Breakfast is simple but good enough given price /quality. Staff is hard working, friendly and efficient and actually the best part of the positive staff experience. The hotel is new. Rooms are well equipped with coffee and tea facilities but already showing wear and tear with mold in the bathroom.

We went to this hotel as it is not located in the city centre (20 min walk) and thus expected a quiet place to sleep. We requested 3 months in advance for a quiet room through booking.com and they gave us a room on the second floor (223). As the first floor has a washing room and other general spaces that are, apparently, 24/7 in use we had four nights with loud noises around 4 am in the morning. Very dissapointing. Secondly two staff at the front desk had other clients waiting for 30 min before they could check in as they first wanted to complete several other tasks on their desktops before helping them out. This is not client friendly.

Excellent stay at good price, good room and great staff

Amazing staff with a special shout out to Fernando at the front desk who was very helpful, excellent and very spacious room with amenities as advertised, 15-20 min walk from key points, good housekeeping. We felt very comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed here.

Breakfast options can be better and especially more options in cut fruits should be available

Great, comfortable stay.location would be a big drawback rest all good

The property was quite good, the room was fully equipped and spacious. The only issue we faced was - it was away from most of the attractions. Like maybe in a business area. Cabbing it to city centre would cost you 10€ one way. The price hence did not really make sende. We stayed there for a night and moved to a more centric property later. Everything else was great.

Hidden deposit fee of 150eur (we weren't notified prior to check-in, we are not on holiday but rather (semi) local residents in town for a visit for one night, this fee was not held but charged and later released, this matched the price of the room and is scandalous to reveal on the day, what if I didnt have the funds available??? Breakfast was awful, cold, appeared unsanitary. Hot items were piled into cereal bowls under a lamp. Multiple open packs of juice, no decaffeinated option for coffee, not enough seating, not enough food or options, nobody watching the buffet (people were touching with their hands). being pregnant and on alert for hygiene in particular, I was unable to eat at all.

Superb helpful staff at a really comfortable hotel

We arrived during the Spanish Power Cut when our flight was cancelled late on the Monday evening. We arrived at nearly midnight to a hotel that had one plug working and no lighting or other power. The staff were brilliant !!! Despite me not having a documentary confirmation and without confirmation at the hotel they found us three rooms quickly, efficiently and without fuss. It was a superb example of the Spanish helpful spirit at its best and after a trying day we were very grateful. We thanked the staff before we left. The rooms themselves were exceptionally good. Would recommend this place to anyone

Wunderschön Stadt!! Tolles Hotel

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Besonders die Dame an der Rezeption mit den blonden Haaren kurzer Bob war unnormal nett und super freundlich tolle Gastgeberin Danke dafür!!!Die Lage war sehr gut nicht weit entfernt von der Innenstadt ca.15 min! Was noch sehr gut war das es eine Kaffeemaschine gab die 24 Stunden verfügbar war.

Je recommande cet hôtel. 15mn à pieds du centre et bus jusque à côté.

Tout y est : kitchenette, frigo, torchon, liquide vaisselle, vaisselles et couverts, pastille vaisselle tout y est ! Si besoin demander à la réception. La douche est hyper spacieuse c’est très agréable Literie très confortable. Petit dej à volonté et café/eau à discrétion tout au long de la journée.

Peut être l’insonorisation avec la cuisine (une porte pour couper le bruit serait l’idéal) Il nous une terrasse pour pouvoir profiter du beau temps et du magnifique parc devant l’hôtel.

Bardzo ładna miejscowość, ciekawa architektura, pora roku sprzyjająca zwiedzaniu

Przesympatyczna, kompetentna obsługa, dostęp do kawy, herbaty bez ograniczeń, wyposażenie apartamentu i dbałość o czystość bez zarzutu. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

W menu śniadaniowym były jajka gotowane. Wołałabym, żeby nie były obierane ze skorupek.

Gyönyörű, tiszta, kényelmes hotel, bármikor visszamennék! Személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Központ sétatávolságra, a hotellel szemben Mercadona - nagyon praktikus. Parkolás mélygarázsban, korrekt áron lehetséges, a szálloda előtt ingyenes. Köszönünk mindent!

hotel si trova a circa 1,5 km dal centro ed è adatto per chi come noi piace camminare , vicino all'hotel c'è un grande supermercato dove fanno piatti pronti e la cucina in camera per noi è stata una cosa molto comoda , visto che non amiamo molto i ristoranti , era fornita di tutto il necessario .per poter mangiare con tranqullità e comodità.....il personale è molto gentile e premuroso ,in particolare SARA , la colazione è buona , e comodo il fatto di avere al primo piano una sala per gli ospiti con una macchina per il caffe gratuito, e una distributore di acqua

il letto era comodo solo che a fine novembre faceva ancora abbastanza caldo e sul letto c'era già il piumone invernale e non si riusciva ad utilizzare perchè troppo pesante , avrei preferito qualcosa di più leggero . con le finestre aperte si sente un pò di rumore proveniente dalla strada. i posti per la colazione non sono molti ma noi scendevamo presto e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi.....

Café da manhã nada excepcional, porém bom e suficiente. Só precisa tomar cuidado para escolher o melhor horário para tomar (o próprio flat indica os melhores horários), pois o local é pequeno e o hotel tem boa taxa de ocupação. O fato de disponibilizarem lavandeira gratuita foi super interessante pois estamos no meio da viagem e pudemos lavar nossas roupas. A localização é super boa.

A culpa não é do flat, que ocupa apenas 5 ou 6 andares de um prédio muito alto, porém um dia chegamos por volta das 19 horas no hotel e devido a um problema elétrico no prédio, só retornou a energia por volta das 21 horas e neste período o quarto ficou totalmente escuro (sem um luz de emergência) e sem possibilidade de banho quente

This place has everything you need for a good stay. It was clean, spacious and well equiped. Well located as well, little walk 15-20min from the center.

Breakfast was included but the breakfast area was too small and crowded, no many options neither.
