location was good as long as you like to walk,hotel to main malaga center about 20mins

the breakfast area/food was very good,but could do with more staff,ones that were working did a great job,but you could see that on busy days they were very stressed out,nothing else all good!!

Lovely hotel in a great location.

The location was very good with great, convenient transport links. Hotel was very clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast.Staff very friendly and helpful. Hugo in particular was very attentive giving pleasant, efficient service.

The Christmas Eve meal was disappointing. Not special and the hot food was not hot enough.

Pleasant stay in a modern hotel

- the elevator system is really modern and innovative, I haven't seen it anywhere else, very clever - this high-rise building is visible from almost everywhere - shower corner was so spacious that even 5 people could fit in :-D - we got breafast package upon our early departure

- stuff during breakfast time was a little slow and weren't able to refill food for so many hungry people - surrounding now is a little messy as there is an ongoing construction and some garbage around (hopefully it'll get better in the future)

Parking is 20 euros it expensive and you have to find free car park around hotel , last night air-condition had problem but thanks god they fix it mid night, breakfast is good but only one machine for making waffles , they must have 2, it take so long , also egg have one option

New, clean, breakfast is good. 20ish minute walk to town, bus stop in front, at the other side of the river if going back. Very accessible.

June 15-I dont know if it is just too hot in Malaga, but our aircon can’t keep the room cool. It was very uncomfortable night. It was cool though when we went downstairs for breakfast.

Great location in Malaga

The hotel is located 20 min away from the city center. The bed and pillows were super comfy, the bathroom was clean and big. The breakfast was nice. Tea and some instant coffee were complimentary.

Amazing✨

Everything was perfect. Great location, very comfortable bed, very clean and friendly staff. Cristina from Reception was very helpful with everything we needed and very professional. Breakfast was tasty. I definitely recommend this property and we will be back again here on our next visit to Malaga.

Great hotel

Great hotel, still walking distance to the city center, but a bit off track and thus very quiet. Rooms are spacious, modern and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. Highly recommended.

It could be better.

The hotel is brand new. As a result, everything is nice, new and clean. The hotel occupies floors 7-13 so the view is nice. Breakfast is good. You can open the window a crack.

The hotel definitely needs to improve its service quality: 1. Check-in took a very long time. There was a problem with scanning documents. 2. The hotel did not notice that the main guest had a birthday during the stay. A big negative surprise :( 3. During the first night, the fire alarm went off. Guests started to evacuate. It quickly turned out that it was a false alarm. Information about that was passed between guests, not by the staff. The next day, the hotel did not post any apologies. You can not count on any discount or even a small chocolate for stress and interrupted sleep. 4. We asked for a room on a high floor with a nice view. We were given a room on the top floor occupied by the hotel, but only with a small, single window, when the most rooms have double windows. 5. There is no bottle of water in the room. 6. The hotel is located a little bit outside the city center, although as one of the tallest buildings in the city it is visible from afar. It is tiring to walk to the hotel from the main station, especially with luggage. We recommend using the bus (1.4 Euro per person).

Nettes Personal, 2 Punkte die nicht ok waren,wurden aber sofort behoben. Deshalb alles ok.

Zimmer war sehr klein. Kein Kleiderschrank, man konnte nur seine Sachen in einer Schublade und einem kleinen Unterschrank verstauen.

Jaukus šiuolaikiškas viešbutis. Didelis gražus kambarys, su labai patogiomis lovomis ir neįprastai kokybiškais patalais. Skanūs pusryčiai, daug vaisių, skanių sūrių, chorizo dešrytė-nuostabi,gali išsikepti vaflių,saldžių kepinių. Iki centro 25 min. pėščiomis., šalia maisto parduotuvė. Geras ir patogus dušas su gerais prausikliais. Wau-tobulas ir galingas plaukų fenas, kas labai aktualu ilgaplaukėm:)

Pusryčiuose trūko daržovių, kiaušinienė prasta, panašu, kad iš miltelių. kambarys labai geras, tik neįprasta, kad nėra spintos rūbams. Vonios kambaryje trūko šepečio wc.

Ogólnie hotel bardzo w porządku. Jedyna niespodzianka to organizacja śniadania i jego menu. Málaga jest jednym z miast, w których serwuje się wyborną kuchnię, jednakże nie tutaj. Na drugi raz nie wezmę opcji ze śniadaniem. Lepiej wyskoczyć na miasto aby smacznie rozpocząć dzień. Hotel fajny.

Śniadania fatalnie zorganizowane. Mało miejsca w sekcji bufetu, bezsensowne tace na talerze i chaos panujący podczas śniadania. Słaby wybór i raczej niska jakość produktów. Sam hotel, mimo, że nowy, wyposażony jest w tanie meble. Wszystko to psuje ogólny odbiór hotelu. Mam wrażenie, że jakość marki obniżyła się. Szkoda. Sam nie wiem za co tak wysokie oceny.

Desilusionada por la atención del personal

No me gustó que me dejé olvidar una chaqueta en la habitación , que acababa de comprar en Zara y llamé ese mismo día al hotel para comunicarlo y quedaron en llamarme y nunca lo hicieron. Llamé 4 días seguidos en distintos horarios y todos me iban dando largas y quedaban en llamarme para decirme algo y todavía estoy esperando esa llamada y obviamente no he recuperado la chaqueta, por tanto, no me siento bien atendida con el personal
