I wish to express my strongest indignation following my disastrous stay at your establishment, which is supposed to embody the excellence of the IHG group. The room assigned to me *** emitted a foul odor of sewage so strong that it was impossible to stay in the room for even a minute without developing a throbbing headache. I immediately reported this issue to the reception, where a colleague of the receptionist also acknowledged the unbearable smell. This is where the glaring lack of competence and professionalism became evident: Instead of offering me an immediate and appropriate solution, the receptionist claimed, without any serious verification, that it would be “difficult” to change my room, citing the hotel as fully booked. However, while I stood at the desk, I observed this same receptionist handing out keys to six different rooms to other guests. This blatant contradiction clearly demonstrates his incompetence in handling such a simple yet urgent situation. With no better option, he assured me that a maintenance technician would address the issue, forcing me, exhausted, to leave the hotel and take a walk just so they could access the room. Upon my return, after a futile wait, the receptionist confirmed that maintenance had intervened. When I returned to my room, I noticed a slight improvement in the odor… but the unpleasant smell persisted, leaving a lingering sense of discomfort. I had no choice but to resign myself to sleeping with a tissue over my nose, a humiliating and unacceptable situation for a hotel bearing the IHG name. What is truly appalling is the receptionist’s attitude: His inability to resolve a basic issue, his lack of empathy, and above all, his complete lack of transparency (lying about room availability) reveal a shocking level of incompetence and a serious breach of professional ethics. Such negligence on the part of the reception team turned what should have been a pleasant stay into a nightmarish experience. I am deeply disappointed by this level of service, which is unworthy of a hotel under the IHG brand. A scandal, yes, but above all a disgrace to your establishment and the group. Please confirm, at your earliest convenience, the measures you intend to take to rectify this situation, both in terms of material compensation (room change, partial refund) and personnel (training or disciplinary action for the staff involved). Every thing is excellent But public transport is not so good 3 public bus near by bus no 2 , 20 . 30

I stayed in a studio room, very spacious, super clean , and had queen size bed. Kitchen was well equipped. There have their own parking for 22 Euro. You can park outside the hotel to public road but it’s very hard to find a space
