Location and view
The only constructive criticism would be that there needs to be 2 showers - the bathtub takes a while to fill, and the shower head in the bath does not work properly

Apartament piękny czysty , w pełni wyposażony , w samym centrum .Blisko przystanek autobusowy , blisko kolejka na plażę.Uwaga obowiązkowa kaucja 200 euro , płatna z góry przed przybyciem , zwrócona w całości 10 dni po zakończeniu pobytu ,. INFORMACJA dla przyszłych lokatorów: parking extra płatny , albo samochodem w koło Taorminy 15-20 min jazdy , przy czym widać go z balkonu , albo na nogach ok 200 schodów, no i koszt parkingu , zapłaciłem poza sezonem za trzy doby 45 euro . Nie ma możliwości zostawienia samochodu na ulicy . Jeszcze jedna uwaga dla zarządcy ,rozkładana sofa w saloni niestety nie nadaje sie do spania , a szkoda , bo to niewielka inwestycja a było by milej.
ogólnie polecam apartament .Z balkonu piękny widok na morze , niestety widać też parking , który troszkę psuje urok , ale i tak super.

- Le style moderne de l’appartement
- Grande terrasse
- Le calme
- L’accès très difficile (deux ascenseurs à prendre pour arriver au logement, même chose pour en sortir)
- Vue extrêmement dégradée par un gigantesque parking sous le balcon-terrasse (!!!!)
- Absence totale de parking dans la rue (le parking est interdit aux non-résidents) : les places de parkings sont très loin (avis aux personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer !)
- L’équipement (baignoire de la plus grande chambre inutilisable : robinets et douchette hors d’usage, plus de 15 minutes pour avoir assez d’eau chaude que pour se laver correctement, hydromassage défaillant,…).
- Mobilier et équipements plus que basiques (un canapé unique de deux places au salon)
- Le rapport prix-prestations est faible
- Style assez froid
