Excellent location right in the heart of the old town area. Good access to the shops and eateries. Pleasant outlook.
Some noise transfer if your neighbours come in late and/or use the terrace above.

The location is perfect. You can reach everywhere by foot from the apartment. Cable car is 10 min walk distance. We were worrying about the sound from the street but the windows are soundproof so we didn't hear anything. Miss Anastasia (owner) was so helpful during our stay. Her suggestions for places and restaurants were on point!!

Fantastic views of sea, Mt Etna and city from 2 large balconies

No luggage storage. A hotel 2 doors down has just as nice views and more amenities re: luggage storage and breakfast.
Anastasia was not that helpful. When I asked about luggage storage, she recommended a place that was near Porta Messina, .7 km away. Yet there was a Bounce luggage storage just across the street.
I asked Anastasia about putting up patio umbrella dues to sun and she said they don’t do that till summer! For over $250/night, expect better service.
