Excelente ubicación .
Si bien está ubicado sobre la vía umberto no se escucha el ruido por la ventana de doble vidrio.

The location is brilliant.
The apartment is bright and tastefully decorated and comfortable.
There is a demand of 155 euro cash on arrival from NOVASOL agent, Andrea la Spina, apparently for the cleaning, taxes and electric which is not mentioned on booking. In fact, it actually states when booking "pay property before arrival" This was a surprise and we felt we had no choice but to pay. We assumed that we had paid in full when we booked the apartment some months previous. So beware of this "extra" payment.
It would have been nice to have a toaster. The lid to the kettle does not shut.
It is quite noisy in the early hours due to the glass bottles being collected in the main street.
There is a problem with ants in the kitchen area if you drop crumbs.
The front door is difficult to close and lock.
Would have been nice to have more than one tea towel.
