Gaia's House

The property consists of a small villa built entirely of stone; while it has not been possible to date its construction, it is most likely a 19th-century rural home. In 2019, a complete restoration began with the goal of creating a modern home equipped with every comfort.
The house is equipped with underfloor air conditioning, Jacuzzi-style fixtures, and a mini hot tub; overall, we have selected high-quality materials while respecting the property’s original character.
Entering through the gate leads to a small paved garden with a relaxation area featuring the mini hot tub and a dining area with reclining chairs and a convenient outdoor kitchen.
On the first floor, there is a small entryway lounge, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; in the attic, there is a sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom, as well as a living area with a double sofa bed and a 17 cm mattress.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, and all televisions are smart TVs.
