About this apartment rental
Just a short distance from Piazza del Duomo and Corso Umberto, this penthouse apartment enjoys a unique location and is strategically situated to allow guests to fully appreciate the vibrant life of Taormina’s historic town center, its nearby beaches, and an exclusive shopping experience. Its balconies and large terrace offer incomparable panoramic views, stretching from the Greco-Roman theater to the medieval castle of Taormina, from the cathedral to the village of Castelmola perched atop the cliff, and all the way to the deep-blue Ionian Sea, with the peak of Mount Etna in the background.
The living area is divided into two interconnected units, featuring a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 sofa bed in a secondary living room, three bathrooms, and a laundry room. The numerous windows (all equipped with Venetian blinds and shutters) maximize natural light and allow fresh air into the rooms, creating a bright, uplifting environment—just right for the perfect vacation atmosphere.
The rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views of the sea, and a large private sun deck, enclosed on one side by a wooden porch, is the ideal spot for al fresco dining.
Parking is not included; the nearest public parking lot, called “Porta Catania,” is located about 300 meters away.

We loved this apartment. We took both of the units for our group of 8 (my husband and our 4 adult children plus 2 and it was excellent. The location is amazing and the views from the roof are as good or better than any rooftop bar in Taormina. The house is impeccably clean and comfy and while we were nervous about noise, it wasn’t a problem most nights. We took the apartment that didn’t face the restaurants and it was perfect while we left the “noisier” side for our kids. They did say that Friday night and Saturday night were noisy until about 2 AM, otherwise sleeping the rest of the week was comfortable. The manager, Anne, was absolutely lovely and available for any needs, including meeting a technician for a hot water issue that was resolved. I would definitely recommend this property.

Spent 7 nights with our 4 adult children and 90 year old Mom and Dad. Location easy for my parents to explore. Rooftop is a gem. Great views of Mt Etna. Well equipped kitchen for cooking as well. Close to grocery and main shopping. Loved it. Manager Anne also very helpful.

Birthday trip, me +7 friends. This property was so past what I expected. Space, location, natural beauty. Spent 13 days here, truly felt at home. The first time I entered the 3rd floor terrace, I had tears in my eyes, a beautiful world. This villa, like Taormina itself has a lot of stairs, beware with luggage, groceries. Enjoy!
