The view is absolutely spectacular at day and at night, as well as the pool and the e location as it is right next to the city centre

The location in order to get to the city centre you must go decently uphill up steps so if you have a physical ailment you may find it challenging

Very near the Cable car, amazing view from the room

There is some metal things for towels on the leg level, on which you can easily hurt your leg going out of the bathroom

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional place – an absolute gem in Taormina! If you are looking for a place that combines luxurious privacy with being close to the heart of Sicily, Villa Zagara Garden is second to none. We had an unforgettable stay and are already planning our return. What made our stay so special? Management & Atmosphere: Huge kudos to the incredible Manager. His professionalism, hospitality, and attention to every detail made us feel truly special. He is a person who genuinely cares about the property and his guests – he was simply wonderful! Cleanliness & Standards: We were pleasantly surprised by the high hygiene standards. The pool was cleaned every single day, which provided great comfort and crystal-clear water in the heat. Furthermore, room cleaning every 3 days (included in the price!) is a standard rarely seen in apartments – everything was spotless! Breathtaking View: The view of Taormina and the sea is simply spectacular. The terrace has been designed/remodelled to take full advantage of the panorama. Photos don’t do it justice – you have to see it with your own eyes, especially at sunrise. Location – "No car needed": Even though the property is incredibly peaceful and intimate, it is just a stone's throw from the very center (close to Corso Umberto and the cable car). We didn’t use a car at all during our stay – we walked everywhere, which is a huge advantage in Taormina. The Verdict: Villa Zagara Garden is a place with a soul. We promised the manager that we will return every time we are in Sicily. If you are looking for perfection – you’ve just found it!

- The view was amazing - Bed was comfortable -Apartment was a good size - Nice garden area -lovely sunrise view (note the pictures are from sunrise and not sunset.

-Lack of communication, we sent a few messages and did not get a response. -Was not informed where the bins were and travelling with a baby we had nowhere to dispose of the nappies. - We were not shown where the swimming pool was, not sure if it was even open. Due to the time of the year the garden areas/seating didn't look great but assuming this would be better in the summer. - The apartment was very cold as heating did not work properly. - There was building work going on above and below the apartment. Although this can obviously not be helped it did make things difficult with trying to make a baby nap as it was quite noisy. I feel like they should have made us aware of the work when we booked (only the week before).
