About this apartment rental
Lovely and luxury apartment in Taormina with a stunning sea view terrace and a shared swimming pool perfect for a refreshing swim after a sunny day passed visiting the archaeological sites or after a full day passed on the beach.
The apartment is located in a beautiful and quite contest, surrounded by the green in the luxury Residence San Giorgio. It's an Ideal location near the town center (just 100 meters far away from GATE MESSINA and Corso Umberto) but, at the same time, away from the noise and the crowd.
IMPORTANT: note that to the town center there are some flights of stairs.
PRIVATE PARKING - note: garage with low ceiling (max 166 cm) or private street parking.
The apartment (180 sq.) is on two floors and has 4 bedrooms (6/7 guest), 4 bathrooms, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, bed linen and towels provided(swimming pool towels provided too) and luxury and antique furniture.
On first floor:
kitchen, living room with working fireplace (for winter time ;), bathroom, big covered terrace (patio) with sofa, cushions, chairs and a round table perfect for breakfast or romantic dinners, 1 cozy little room (single bed) with a private bathroom (with shower)
On second floor:
1 double King- size bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom (with bath),
1 double king-size bedroom ,
1 queen size bedroom (bigger than a single bed, good for sleep very close or good for children, 121 cm),
1 bathroom (with shower)
The apartment MEET AMERICAN STANDARDS
LOCATION and ACCESS:
The apartment is right next to the prestigious HOTEL ASHBEE and close the baroque church of San Pancrazio that you will pass by following the stairs and a pedestrian path in the green that leads, in few minutes, to the Taormina's shops, restaurants and supermarkets ( only 100 meters far away from GATE MESSINA, Corso Umberto).
The apartment have the pedestrian entrance from the garden path and the car entrance down by the street(don’t use the provided address if you are by car and use a satellite navigator). A private parking, with locked door, is reserved for the apartment's guests. The building's garage is connected by the elevator to the apartment's floor (perfect for heavy luggage or children).
The best way to reach the beaches in 'Taormina Mare' is to take the cable-way that is located only 5 minutes’ walk.

This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed at. The location was super, the unit was everything and more with an incredible view and the host was extremely accommodating.I will look forward to returning and would highly recommend this unit.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Taormina. Amazing views along the coast from the main terrace and main bedroom of the apartment and it has a large pool with beds and shade. Easy and quick access into the town (although there are steps but for us it was not an issue) as well as to the cable car for the beach. All the facilities met our needs including working air con. Having a garage for the rental car was also really useful. Sabina was in contact ahead of the stay and met us on arrival to explain all we needed to know. All in all it was a fantastic few days at the property.

Property as described centrally located and easy albeit vertical walk to central Taormina. Sabrina and family very helpful for check in and questions.

We stayed at Helga’s apartment right in Taormina from October 17 - 24, 2019. There were 5 of us. 3 adults and 2 children (1 and 3 years). This property was absolutely perfect for us in every way and thoroughly exceeded our expectations. Although we were pleased with the pictures of the property online before arriving, I must say that in this case, the pictures did not do it justice. This apartment had a perfect mix of elegance and charm inside of a spacious modern apartment. Helga has a very good feel for design, which is evident throughout the apartment. The kitchen was FULLY STOCKED. We had no need for anything. The bedrooms very spacious with comfortable mattresses/pillows etc. The most incredible part of the apartment was the huge private patio with AMAZING view. Truly breathtaking. Couldn’t think of a better view to enjoy espresso in the morning, or enjoy a nice meal in the evening. Perhaps even better than the view (if this is possible?), was the location. It was literally less 200 meters from the apartment until were were strolling in Taormina amongst the little shops and restaurants. I think this was ideal, because you were removed from any street noise, but such a short walk to get morning cappuccino. The walk from the apartment to Taormina was gorgeous too. A lush very private garden path which winds its way around the exterior of the apartment complex in style. Sabina (property manager) was extremely helpful with any questions or requests we had during our stay. Thank you for this Sabina!We would HIGHLY recommend this apartment for ANYONE travelling to Taormina. You will not be disappointed!Thank you very much Sabina and Helga!!
