Spacious 3-Bed Home in York Free Parking Sleeps 5

Exactly as advertised and it was a very clean house. Everything was laid our correctly with kitchen gadgets to plates and cutlery, towels were ready to use etc. Kitchen was stocked with quantity of tea bags and other bits that are essentials. Located in a quiet area with own car parking is what we wanted and that is what we got. Overall a very nice stay and we would definitely book again when we visit York.

Generally everything we expected was there, available and in good condition. The only downside was the couch could be improved and the walk in shower was great but some water did go onto the room floor which needed to be cleaned up after use. These are minor things but would make the stay for a family even better.

The property was lovely and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable beds. Clean towels in each room.

The weather was beautiful and it had a lovely garden and seating area. Only thing I can say is the lawn was very overgrown and would have been disappointing if I’d have taken kids. Other than that everything was good.

Beautifully laid out, clean and bright with plenty of parking ( 2 SUVs and an estate all fit!)

Quiet street with off road parking, property was clean & tidy, spacious downatairs, beds were comfortable. Property is very well placed for visiting the local area, pub down the road & great village shop and also newsagents further down. Communication with hosts all ok & key box for access.

Property is in need of a bit of tlc. Sofa worn with hole in fabric, no lock on shower room/toilet door & this room is tiny for a 3 bed home, no side light in twin room, curtains can't be drawn in double bedroom as fixings used for rail stop curtains sliding round, persistent droning noise can also be heard in this bedroom from equipment in locked cupboard. Biggest disappointment was the garden which is completely overgrown, the lawn is now a jungle & there are weeds all through the tiled patio areas so there is little resemblence to the garden photos being portrayed for this property. Really sad as this property could be great, has just not been upkept.
