Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Spezielle Fitnesswoche mit ausgezeichneten Trainern. Das würde ich mir öfters wünschen. Das Essen in the Flavor und in der Taverne war vorzüglich. Auch das normale Essen war gut.

(FAst) jeden Tag die gleiche Essensauwahl. Ich würde mir gerade bei der Fleischauswahl mehr Abwechslung wünschen. Auch waren die Wurst- und Käsesorten beim Frühstück sehr dürftig. Edamer, Gouda, weißer Käse und manchmal einen Spezialkäse. Es gibt so viele Käse- und Wurstsorten…. Die Aerobicfläche sollte öfters überprüft und gereinigt bzw. gekehrt werden. Das Wasser im Sportpool war extrem kalt. Trotz viel Bewegung bei der Wassergymnastik habe ich 5 Stunden gebraucht um wieder warm zu werden. Das haben auch andere berichtet. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man ihn nicht geheizt hat. Den ganzen Wassersport konnte ich somit nicht machen. Nicht verstanden habe ich, warum man den Gruppenfitnesssport bei schlechtem Wetter mangels passender Räumlichkeit hat ausfallen lassen. Das schlechte Wetter war lange angekündigt. Warum hat man nicht im Voraus eine entsprechende Räumlichkeit geplant. Das Programm (Thema, Essen, Shows) wiederholt sich alle Woche. Bei einem 14-tägigem Aufenthalt wird es langweilig. Ich würde mir ein 14-Tageprogramm wünschen. Die Shows sind für mich zu spät angesetzt. Die Partys bis 24 Uhr im Freien sind für frühe Schläfer ein Ärgernis, zumal sich dann die Leute noch lange draußen laut unterhalten. Es stört die Nachtruhe.

Die überdurchschnittliche Freundlichkeit des Personals. Tolles Essen, sehr flexibel, tolle Taverne etc…

Ein Pool müsste beheizt sein für Ende Oktober

The food at the daily buffet was good, breakfast was always a same but big selection and lunch/dinner always different! Could find a sun lounger at any time of the day but I wasn’t there in peak season. The sea is so clear and nice to watch sunrise and the gym is big. Massage was great at the spa!

First off this hotel is catered to Germans and as a solo traveller it felt very isolating as I would do the classes in the day but most of the time (especially 1 instructor) kept speaking in German at the start and I would have to put my hand up to say I couldn’t speak it, so this was disappointing as then I gave up going to the classes. When checking in the first room they gave me the door didn’t lock when I left but they resolved it quickly and they moved me when I asked to move, however I was moved into a connecting room and could hear next door like we were all in same room - the rooms where also dated and beds very squeaky. I paid 60 euro for the spa and it is definitely not worth it and the free sauna/steam at hotel is small and no one wears swimming costumes even tho it’s mixed.
