The resort is very nice, beautiful architecture, amazing view of the sea and Agia Pelagia area. The room was nice, I appreciated the Nespresso coffe capsules recharged every day after the room was cleaned. Food at the hotel is good but maybe a bit repetitive. Beside this, the personnel is friendly and caring and the hotel has everything you need. The location is strategic if you want to go to Knossos, Heraklion, Rethymno and Sinalonga, being the structure located in the middle of Creta Island, 20 min drive away from Heraklion. You are also at 3 mins of car from Agia Pelagia Beach. I recommend this hotel.
One thing I'd change is the semi-open room's bathroom that doesn't give you complete privacy inside. Pools are nice but, in a week, i managed to find two sunbeds available just one day to enjoy the pool. Too many people for the number of sunbeds available, early in the morning they all were arealdy taken. A thing the hotel's personnel should do is to discourage and monitor guests who put towels on sunbeds early in the morning keeping them all day long even when they leave, preventing others to go to the pool

Check-in was smooth and the manager kindly allowed us to check in earlier, at 1:30 pm instead of 3:30 pm. We were even upgraded free of charge to an Elegant Superior Sea View room, which was very clean, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning views over the main pool and the sea – a wonderful sight both in the morning and evening. The food was good, with daily variety so it never felt repetitive. I recommend sitting at the back of the restaurant, where you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view over Agia Pelagia. The restaurant and bar team were friendly and attentive, and I would especially like to highlight Irene, the manager of the restaurant bar, whose warm and welcoming manner made our stay even better. The animation team also did a great job. They involved guests in daily activities such as Aqua Zumba and water polo, and the evening entertainment on the rooftop – with games, dancing, and other events – was lively and enjoyable. Even if you don’t plan excursions, you’ll never get bored here. For guests looking for peace and quiet, the two additional pools are a good alternative. They also have pool bars, although the main pool has the most vibrant atmosphere. Another plus was the diverse mix of guests – from families to young couples and solo travelers. Most guests were German, French, or Polish, so English and French are the most common languages spoken in the hotel.
The only downside is the sunbed situation at the main pool. Many loungers were already reserved with towels as early as 7:00 am, even though the pool only opens at 10:00. To be fair, the hotel staff do their best to manage this by clearing away unused towels after 10:00 so that other guests can use the sunbeds.

Якість-ціна відповідає, гарний доброзичливий персонал.
Не дуже великий майданчик, перед басейном, не багато лежаків.
