The resort is beautiful and well-maintained, with two excellent public beaches on either side, and a private dock for deep-sea swimming. The pools are clean and nice as well. But the staff are what really makes this place exceptional. They were so kind and thoughtful, and always ready to help. Great programming for children. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to meet any requests, and the food was abundant, varied, and delicious, with options to suit everyone, including our very picky two-year old. The cleaning staff also did an incredible job, the entire resort is very clean and comfortable. We were sad to leave. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!
The self-serve coffee machine makes really terrible coffee, but when we mentioned it to the staff they made us custom coffees everyday, so this was really not a problem :)

The hotel is very avarage overall. Not a 4 stars, more a 3 stars. Very nice access to multiple beaches & great views.
The quality of the food is quite poor.
