Absolutely astonishing service, the staff are impeccable, friendly while respecting your privacy. They tried to make everything as perfect as possible and it made our trip 10/10 fantastic. The hotel was buzzing but so quiet, the breakfast and food available on site is delicious and fresh, the decor is absolutely sensational, it’s beautifully clean, every room is stunning and the spa treatments were beautifully and professionally delivered. The facilities were perfect

This hotel is just a piece of art, the location, the design and the rooms. Even though the hotel was fully booked you don’t perceive it crowded at any point in time, for the way it’s structured and organized. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional !

Room was great, with big pool and beautiful view. Staff was very friendly.
Location is quite bad (bad roads to get to, not too many things to do around, not many restaurants around). Despite being a beautiful hotel, I could not understand why there was no AC at the main restaurant. Be prepared for very hot breakfast in the mornings.
