We had the most amazing stay at Castello Infinity Suites and honestly could not recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome and so special. The reception team, dining staff, bartenders and managers were all incredible — so warm, attentive and genuinely lovely throughout our stay.
The food was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was a real highlight each morning. There was a lovely continental selection as well as a made-to-order menu, which made it feel really special and gave us so much choice.
The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained and had such a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely loved having our own private pool, which made the stay feel even more luxurious and peaceful.
We were also there for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make the day feel special for him. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we’ll really remember from the trip.
Everything about our stay felt personal, relaxing and memorable, and we came away feeling so well looked after. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete and would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our stay so special. 🤍

Castello Infinity is a jewel on the island of Crete. Classy, clean, comfortable suites with private pools overlooking a scenic bay. The staff go above and beyond to take care of you and that includes serving you a delicious breakfast each morning. Have a glass of rakiya on the house and welcome to your top notch vacation. We would like to especially thank the management team and the front desk staff for their kind hospitality and top notch recommendations.

Amazing little gem in that area. Amazing staff, friendly and easy to connect with. All dedicated to make sure you have everything you need and more. Take time to connect you won’t regret it. The property is well located, from breakfast to diner, clean and comfortable. Worth a visit, or two…or more. Don’t forget to say hi to Sylvia, the cat that will greet you at your table every day.
