The bugs! I understand the importance of non-toxic environments but the property should consider a solution to the mosquito problem. My group, as well as many other guests, were sharing mosquito repellent. Also, the pool bar closes too early. The term “swim up room/suite” should be changed to shared private pool. There is no swim-up option. I shared a pool with 8 other suites and had to leave out of my room to get to it. Umi restaurant has the best cocktails. Some should be offered at the late night bar. Restaurants should add a 3rd or 4th seating and limit guests to 1.5hrs so that more people can experience the offerings.

We stayed for 4 nights, and it was amazing. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and offer great views. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every member of staff, from reception and the dining area to the pool and housekeeping, was welcoming and made us feel like valued guests at all times. The food exceeded our expectations, both in variety and taste, and was far above the usual standard for this type of hotel. There was always plenty of choice at every meal. We're already planning to return for another stay!

Quiet location, nice view.

Lack of activities (other than the pool, you could only play pickle ball and tennis with reservations). I do not believe it was advertised that you only get ONE al a carte dinner at the restaurant for a 3 night stay- your only option for the remainder of your stay is the buffet where the food was lacking in variety and flavor.
