Ferienwohnung Karlshagen
This is one of two holiday apartments located in a holiday home on a 650 square metre separate recreational plot within a small holiday home development on the edge of the village and forest. It is approx. 1.2 km (as the crow flies) to the Baltic Sea and approx. 1.6 km to the beach (shortest route).
The holiday apartment has a living/dining room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function (possibility of an extra bed for two people)), dining table, LCD TV, stereo system and fireplace. There is an open-plan kitchenette (complete with dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave), 2 bedrooms on the upper floor (1 x double bed and LCD TV/DVD, 1 x 2 beds, additional cot), a bathroom with shower/WC on the upper floor, a guest WC on the ground floor and central heating.
The apartment has a furnished terrace, lockable bicycle storage, children's high chair, barbecue and 2 parking spaces. Internet (WLAN) is only available to a limited extent via WLAN Giga-Cube, depending on the weather. There is also a small sauna house on the property for a fee.
The total price includes: Water, energy consumption, final cleaning. Bed linen/towels can be brought or rented. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. The Ostseebad Karlshagen charges a visitor's tax, which is collected by the property management.
Karlshagen in the northern part of the island of Usedom developed into a Baltic seaside resort only a few years ago. It has a very beautiful, wide sandy beach on the Baltic Sea and a harbour with boat traffic on the Peene River. There are also various restaurants and shops in the town. As everywhere on the island, there are also good cycle paths here. Riding, tennis and bowling facilities approx. 2.5 km away.
