Good location hotel and great service

The staff are super helpful, especially the restaurant staffs. I order for takeaway spaghetti and didnt expect they deliver to my room. Thank you so much! In the morning i came too early for breakfast. They open at 8 but i arrived at 7.40AM. They way they explain was excellent! He allow me to order drink before 8AM while i'm working. Thanj you so much

Great location and great breakfast--wonderful staff

The staff are the best. They tried their best to ensure me and my mom are all comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, although unfortunately, the vegetarian options were very limited due to the shortage of tofu. Coffee as an added option is also great. Shoutout in particular to the housekeeper, Bli Pandeh (apologies if I write his name wrong), along with the restaurant staff (one of the guy from Nias). They're very friendly and always ensure to accommodate us. I picked the place due to the close proximity to the festival I was attending and it was good value imo. I'll consider it again for my future stay.

Unfortunately, the land next to the property was (still is) undergoing some construction, I think. Due to that, not sure if it's just local youths or the builders, would sometimes play music quite loudly, and one night even had a bonfire. As our room is at the utmost end of the property, we were the first in line to get the noise and smoke. The staff really tried their best to ensure everyone's stay is still pleasant enough, so a huge shoutout to them.

Great value for money, but pick this again when construction next door finishes

Chill vibes, friendly staff. Nice view of the rice fields on one end. Morning coffee included in the breakfast is also really good. Great value for money. Very small sign so take note that the entrance is the small road after Circle K.

Unfortunately, I recommend coming back to the resort after the construction next door is complete. There is construction going on which means it is noisy in the day. Refer to the video from construction site video. They will also burn items as part of their construction work so you can’t really enjoy the patio. The smoke from the burning even comes into the room. The construction workers also live on site and at night at 10:45pm are still blasting music from their speakers. This means you cannot sleep even though you are in the air conditioned room. Somehow the room lets in the sound and the smoke. It’s a pity though because the staff are friendly, and this property is great value for money.

A quiet place in Ubud

The place is right on the main road, right next to a 24/7 Circle K and so many restaurants, spas, laundry, money changers, etc. However the best part was this place is like 6-7 min scooter ride from the busy areas of Ubud. Because of which they are quiet and amazing! The breakfast is great, the staff are helpful, the place is super clean and have everything you need - umbrellas, mosquito coils, slippers, an open air bathroom that has nets so it keep the insects out. They also have a nice pool. The tv is equipped with Netflix. The room has ample storage space too. Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay in Ubud!

There is a construction next door which can be noisy through the day and sometimes into the night. But if you are out it won’t matter. The restaurant plays really good music in the evenings that could be loud for some people - I didn’t mind it one bit. There are not enough plug points that are empty. All of them are being used by either the lamps or the TV. The bed was comfy, however, the cot was very noisy - every time I moved it creaked!

Quiet and comfortable, great breakfast, a bit dated resort

Quiet and small, what you see in the photos is pretty much the whole resort. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We had some confusion with the pricing when reserving online, but I was very happy with how it was handled. Overall we had a very good stay at Kanma resort. The biggest highlight was definitely the flexible breakfast/lunch/dinner. Many tours require leaving early with no time for breakfast, being able to eat at the resort after coming back is such a good service saving time and money.

The upper bedroom toilet had its floor full of ants in the mornings, which the cleaners cleaned up well, but still makes one wonder if something could be done about it. Wi-Fi was choppy and getting intermittently cut off, even though the signal was strong. The resort doesn’t show on Grab maps, possibly because of a name change, I recommend using Circle K Campuhan as the destination, which resolves the issue. This is relevant especially since it’s a quite long walk to central Ubud.

일정 때문에 하루밖에는 조식을 먹지 못했지만, 한끼가 만족스러웠음. 웬만한 근처 식당보다 낫다는 느낌. 직원 수는 적지만 다들 친절했고 요구사항을 즉각적으로 해결해주려 노력함. 이전 숙소들보다 청결하다는 인상을 받음. 목재로 된 조화로운 인테리어가 좋았고, 화장실도 깔끔하고 넓어 편안함. 침구도 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있음. 가격 대비 방도 넓은 편이라 쾌적함. 의외로 숙소 주변에 맛집이나, 마사지 등 유명 스팟이 있음. 가성비 숙소로 추천함.

대부분 좋았으나, 아쉬웠던 점을 꼽자면 두가지. 첫번째는 위치 / 한적한 곳을 찾으려고 한다면 좋겠지만 그럼에도 중심가와 거리가 있고, 걸어서 가기엔 좀 부담스러움. 중심가 부터 숙소까지 길이 좁아(우붓은 다 그렇겠지만) 비가 쏟아질 시에는 도보 이동이 오히려 빠른 경우가 많은데, 이럴 경우 40분 정도, 그 이상은 걸어야 하는 거리는 멀게 느껴짐. 두번째는 외부소음 / 이 부분은 큰 단점이라고 보긴 어렵지만 고려할 부분. 우붓 현지 사람들이 새벽부터 활동하다보니 숙소 근처 차도에 차량 소음이 이른 시각부터 들리는데 잠 귀가 예민한 사람은 종종 잠에서 깨는 경우가 생김(나는 잘 잤지만, 아내는 여러번 깼음)

Bonito y tranquilo

El sitio es precioso. La habitación está muy bien. Nos habían dejado antimosquitos en la habitación. El desayuno también está muy bien, puedes elegir una bebida y un plato de la carta. La piscina está super bien. Hay sitio para aparcar las motos. Y el de la entrada, yn hombre super majo.

Ponen música en el restaurante hasta las 23pm y puede que la escuches desde tu habitación.

Super séjour

Personnel au top, accueillant et très serviable. Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'endroit est merveilleux. Le petit-déjeuner peut-être pris à n'importe quelle heure de la journée, ce qui est fort appréciable. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Merci encore à toute l'équipe.
