Studio in a quiet suburbia.

It was close by to a venue we had to visit hence we booked the studio. It was sufficient for our needs. Clean and quiet.

A little bit cramped for our liking, but it's just us.

For what we needed it was satisfactory

Would stay again just a few little niggles but all in all was fit for purpose

Private close to most things great shower friendly owner would stay again.

The gate lock was awkward. The Internet was very poor and at time nonexistence, owner happy to reset but I didn’t like to annoy him to often,Microwave could do with an upgrade or very good clean , dining room chairs were very weak and we’re afraid to use them.

The price was good, $100 per night

It smelt damp, the windows had a lot of condensation - it obviously hadn’t been aired out for a long time. The dishes were still dirty and had dried food on them and some were still in dishwasher. The lock in the gate didn’t work for a start, and then every time you go in you have to unlock a chain and padlock open gates, drive in, close gates and then chain and padlock again.

Great place to stay with great facilities and lovely hosts. :)

Great location as is close to our family. Really great that it has secure off-street parking in front of the room. Comfortable room with a great shower and set up. The bed is a little firm for us but the rest outweighs this in our view. Lovely hosts, nice to meet Polo this time.

Lovey place to stay.

Lovely place to stay, not far from our family so great location for us. Very well set up with everything needed. Great shower. Information provided was spot on, nice clear instructions.
